Eva King brings over 30 years of experience as an executive, consultant, and policy advisor across industries, including transportation, renewable energy, education, nonprofit leadership, security, and intelligence. She began her career as an entrepreneur and went on to advise organizations navigating complex change, strategy, and innovation, always with a focus on measurable results and sustainable impact.
Eva completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change at Fielding Graduate University, where her dissertation, Entangled Minds, provides the first empirical demonstration that a quantum many-body formalism can detect structured response organization in small, non-communicating human groups. She holds dual M.A. degrees in Organizational Development & Change and in Distance Education & E-Learning, and a B.S. in Business Administration. Her advanced studies include Quantum Mechanics for Scientists and Engineers (Stanford University), the Neuropsychology of Decision-Making (University of Cambridge), and Quantum Social Science (Ohio State University).
Recognized internationally for her thought leadership, Eva received the Sir Geoffrey Vickers Memorial Award from the International Society for the Systems Sciences in 2025 for her work on quantum governance. She was honored as Native American Adult of the Year in 2019 by the Maryland Commission for Indian Affairs for her cultural and linguistic revitalization work. She serves as an Institute for Social Innovation Fellow at Fielding.

Jan has partnered with organizations on strategic planning, IT transitions, culture change, and leadership workshops that strengthen performance and resilience. She also teaches MBA and EMBA students at multiple universities, where she brings real-world expertise into the classroom to prepare the next generation of leaders.
Jan earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change at Fielding Graduate University, building on an M.A. in Organizational Development & Change, an MBA from the University of Southern Maine, and a B.S. from the University of Illinois. She is also certified in advanced coaching, emotional intelligence assessment, and Gestalt organizational systems.

James Stibbards is an experienced technology leader and strategist with over 25 years at the intersection of cybersecurity, product innovation, and organizational transformation. His career spans roles with leading firms including Elastic, F5, JFrog, New Relic, Synopsys, and ConsenSys, where he has guided security, compliance, and product initiatives serving both public and private sectors.
James has delivered advisory services in AI, machine learning, automation, blockchain, and cybersecurity, helping venture capital and private equity firms direct more than $50 million in strategic investments. Earlier in his career, he contributed to major security architecture and compliance efforts with organizations such as Visa, the U.S. Department of Defense, and global financial systems handling trillions in daily transactions.
With certifications in AI risk, LLM security, and emotional intelligence, and a proven record in innovation (including a U.S. patent in payment aggregation systems), James brings a rare combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and forward-looking insight. Jess McPherson is an award-winning master artisan and arts & culture strategist with more than 20 years of experience driving social impact through creativity, leadership, and community engagement. Her work spans nonprofit leadership, cultural program development, and consulting for organizations seeking to strengthen identity, resilience, and connection through arts and culture.
She has extensive experience managing federal, state, and private grants and contracts, guiding grantmaking and program design initiatives, advising higher education institutions on Indigenous engagement, and supporting nonprofit transitions with strategy, HR, and organizational development expertise. She was a 2024-2025 Community Fellow at Franklin & Marshall College, advancing scholarship and partnerships with Indigenous communities through a Mellon Foundation initiative. She currently serves as a visiting scholar at the college.
